Service & Maintenance

Nauta Security Storage has its own service department which takes a lot of care over the final checks before safes are delivered to our customers. Larger safes and cabinets are always unpacked and personally checked by our service staff. We also offer the possibility to adapt the safe to your requirements such as different locks, different or custom made internal fittings or different colours.
All safes, which have a combination lock or electronic lock, are delivered with an easy-to-understand manual. In case of any unexpected problems with the setting up the lock you can always count on professional guidance from one of our staff members by phone.

All our products have a standard warranty of 12 months.

Delivery
Nauta Security Storage pays a lot of attention and care for the delivery of its products. The delivery and placing of heavy safes demand a professional approach. Before leaving our warehouse the safes undergo a final (thorough) inspection, after approval the safes are packed well and collected by the transporter.
